WIP: Nightmare Before Christmas, Part 1 & 2

I can’t talk much about these since it is obviously a present for someone. My family and I have these cute mouse stockings from when I was a baby and aren’t looking to replace those any time soon. In the meantime to get into the Christmas spirit I have started working on gifts. I try and remind myself to do every other project when it comes to gifts. Otherwise I get a bit overwhelmed. I named these Nightmare Before Christmas since last Christmas I created a different set of stockings named the Night Before Christmas. The new set of stockings was truly a nightmare though. The pattern is not very easy and I had to make some significant alterations. So if you go to my Ravelry pages (Part 1 & Part 2) for the two different kinds of stockings in this set you will find the changes I have made.

I still have a ways to go but the knitting is all done!! Make me an official participant of the Ravellenics! It makes me very excited. Mainly because it was a very busy time at work and I was still able to finish three stockings in time for the deadline. And look at what they sent me!!—>

I got my pin for registering my project for the Holiday Hurdles. It’s so cute. I don’t know where I am going to put it!
